We currently live in the ED area so would massively prefer to stay here but we are also open to the West & North Dulwich/ Forest Hill/ Brockley / Honor Oak Park/ Denmark Hill areas. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have to be massive but would ideally fit a sofa bed and a desk. Some outside space (garden/ balcony) preferred. When: from circa 5th August Budget: up to ?1300pcm for the right place A bit about us: Professional couple in our late 20's. Katie is a Civil Servant and Chris works in PR.
