Family looking 4 bed to rent long term

Looking to rent 4 bed in and around east Dulwich/Peckham Rye. Young family with 4 children (and one on the way). I've been working full time for past 11 years in the same job for local authority but my wife unable to at the moment (due to children) so we receive Hb to help with rent. We are looking very long term and can provide fantastic reference from landlord for the past 5 years. Thanks for looking. F&M.

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
