I have a flat to rent which is walking distance from East Dulwich, in a lovely quiet spot on the borders of Peckham and Camberwell - it is a studio but with decent-sized separate kitchen and bathroom, and entrance hall with storage, plus it's fully furnished (wardrobe, shelving, folding table and chairs, comfy double bed, plus sofabed with more storage underneath)

There's also lots of outdoor space (extensive shared gardens and even a woodland with a picnic and BBQ area) :)

It's available long-term, plus you would save alot on rent, it's only 950 per month (or near offer)
