We are looking to rent our newly refurbished 2 bedroom flat (70 sqm / 753 sft).

It has 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen with a breakfast table, large south-facing living room, family bathroom, separate toilet with a washer-dryer and drying rack, very generous entrance lobby and south-facing balcony.

My fiancee and I are both architects and we have put a lot of time and love into refurbishing this flat last summer.

The flat has been fitted with all new electrics, plumbing, heating system as well as kitchen, bathroom, toilet and floor throughout. Dishwasher, large freezer, 8kg washer-dryer, large fridge are all new and come as part of the flat. There is plenty of original built-in storage as well as new bespoke joinery. There are also two bike lockers that come with the flat is needed.

The location of the flat is just 2 minutes from gorgeous Dulwich Park, 10 min walk from the Horniman Museum and Gardens and 2 mins for Lordship Lane (very lively high street with lots of restaurants, bars, cinema, gym, sourdough bakery, italian gelato, butchers, fishmonger etc?.). There is also the stunning Dulwich Village just a short walk away. Also there are Dulwich Woods, golf course, riding school, cricket, rugby and football grounds within walking distance.

In terms of transport there is Forest Hill Station - 5 min on the bus (overground to Highbury & Islington as well as trains to London Bridge) as well as West Dulwich - 10 mins on the bus (or a stroll through Dulwich Park on a nice day. From there you can be in Victoria in 15 mins).

Rent is ?1400 + utility bills (water, electricity, gas) + council tax (?94). Unfurnished, partly or fully furnished to be agreed.

Let me know if you need more photos and i can e-mail direct them as this software doesn?t seem to allow more then 2 photos

    • I can recommend John Hudson. I've been taking lessons with him since last year and he's very good. He teaches most styles. You can find his contact details on his website - https://www.johnhudsonguitar.co.uk/
    • Hello, I was carrying my sleeping toddler on Sunday afternoon (21st April) and must have been pretty distracted and dropped my jumper from my bag. Iwas walking from Crystal Palace and then getting the 363 to The Gardens near Peckham Rye Park. Somewhere I seemed to have lost my favourite green jumper - is bright green, cashmere, from John Lewis, in case anyone spots it. Thank you! (Have phoned the bus garage too).
    • And what would you suggest for cyclists that also flout the rules?  Crush their bikes at the same facility that crushes errant drivers cars ?  Same rules and punishment must  apply to all road users (except runaway horses of course)
    • I'm looking for a guitar teacher for my 17 year old son. In terms of music that he likes, he says he's interested in learning fingerpicking (although I guess he needs to learn the basics first!). He listens to quite a lot of acoustic guitar stuff as well as indie stuff, has a curious interest in Japanese pop and loves folk too. Ideally we would be looking for someone who could do one-to-one lessons at my flat, which is 5 minutes walk from Honor Oak tube station.
