Hi,im looking to rent a 2 bed flat in peckham/ east dulwich area or near by that accepts dss as i am currently working but wpuld be paying part dss too. Im a single mum of 1 child and very clean and reliable. Really need to rent somewhere close to my mums house in Peckham rye if you are renting or know of any1 renting who accepts dss please put me in touch. Kind Regards Chars

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
