Looking for a 4 bed house in the area - long term preferably

We are looking for a 4 bed long term let - preferably private - in ED, Peckham Rye area.

We do own property outside London but currently rent in Peckahm Rye.

Our landlady is having to sell the house, which is unfortunate so we need to move.

We're a nice family - and have good references from current landlady - no problems paying rent, have good jobs and kids are in a good secondary school in Dulwich.

We would like to move by beginning of November ideally - can be a bit later or anytime sooner.
