We are looking to let our ground floor flat in a Victorian house near goose green and the Gardens in SE22. The flat comes with one large bedroom with a built-in closet. The second bedroom is smaller but can fit a double bed. The bathroom is renovated recently. There is a plenty of storage space including a basement. It comes with an attractive private garden.

It is suitable for a professional couple.

No pet, no smokers please.

Long term let, ?1550pcm.

Available from 1/10.

Please PM me if you are interested. I can send you the photos.

Thank you very much,

Sally

Good Afternoon Sally,

I hope you are well.

My name is Clint , i am the Lettings Branch Manager for Haart Estate Agents in East Dulwich. I have a couple Mr and Mrs Patch who missed out on a property on Peckham Rye just last week. They need a private garden and want to be as close to The gardens and Peckham Rye as possible. When would be a good time for me to call you to discuss potentially showing them around your property?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Clint Amfo.

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
    • Crikey. How did you know it was Immigration Enforcement?
    • Saying cyclists are the most antisocial people in London isn't helpful.  Nor is the Standard referring to cyclists as lycra clad louts  Yes we can have an adult conversation.  But emotive knee jerk nonsense is not going to achieve this and just plays into the hands of those wanting a manufactured culture war
