Room(s) available for rent in light and spacious 3-bedroom maisonette in Peckham/ Nunhead

I currently have 2 bedrooms available (one double, one single) in my very light and spacious 3 bedroom maisonette in Peckham/ Nunhead, close to Peckham Rye park. The current lodger, who is in the double room, is leaving on 18th October.

I own and live in the maisonette, so I am only looking for one flatmate, but I am flexible about which room I rent out, and how the arrangements work. The most important thing is the person- I am looking for someone who wants to live in a comfortable home, and who is relaxed, respectful and straightforward.

The double is ?750 p/m full time (bills included) and the single is ?650 (bills included).

They are also available for Mon- Fri rent for a lower amount.

Please PM me for any further information.

thanks

Hannah

    • I'm posting this here as well as the Tradespersons forum as I urgently need an electrician. I've lost all power in my house. Please can someone recommend an emergency electrician who won't rip me off! Thanks

    • I agree with Head Nun. My experience is very similar and has been so for the 25 years I've lived in London. They got a lot worse after the Tour de France came here though. And then the Olympics.
    • You can request for them to come and collect your full bins again https://forms.southwark.gov.uk/ShowForm.asp?fm_fid=1879 They usually come on whatever day your rubbish/recycling collection day is. If you aren't going to be in, leave them somewhere that they can find it. If you don't need replacements, just leave a note on the full ones that a replacement isn't needed.  They usually come quite early, so it's better to leave them outside if you can.
