Hello,

Room to rent in Peckham, please see details below.

The House-

Sternhall Lane, SE15 4NT

1 bathroom

1 WC (downstairs)

3 bedrooms

Kitchen/Living Room

Patio garden

We have Sky, fast internet and a home phone with free calls to mobiles and land lines.

The house is 7mins from Peckham Rye Station and 5 mins to the park.

I live here with my friends Lils and dog Shadow (you can see him in a couple of the pictures).

The Room-

?600 including bills.

?600 deposit

The room has a small double bed in it but otherwise comes unfurnished.

At the moment there is a desk in there which belongs to Lils. She is happy for it to stay there or take it away if you would prefer to put a wardrobe or something in its place.

The room is available immediately and we are looking to have it rented asap.

  Our child is in their last term at Goose Green, and after 7 wonderful years we are very sad to be leaving such a wonderful school and it’s special community. Being 2 form entry, It’s one of the smaller schools in the area and it’s also very diverse with an amazing spirit. Brilliant Art and Music departments, staff and a new library.
