I would love to move back to the Dulwich area. My budget is up to 650pcm inc. bills

I was in East Dulwich for six years. Our elderly landlord became unwell and terminated, following which I moved fairly swiftly over to the Isle of Dogs, where my current housemates often use the kitchen at night despite my pleas. It's right next to my room, so I'm looking to return to SE22 and get some much needed sleep.

I'm a 33 year old male. I'm very tidy, quiet, unintimidating, friendly and generally easy-going. After ten years in financial services, I'm going through a career transition at the moment to finish writing a book I?d been working on and have since picked up some voluntary work alongside seeing a career coach to plan my next move. I'm well-capitalised and could evidence savings, pay a sum up front or use a guarantor as required by the credit check.

In my spare time, I like to write, read, cycle, see friends and watch films.
