Are you still looking? We have a great (high standard finish) flat in Upper Sydenham (perfect connection to London Victoria and London Bridge as we are between two stations Sydenham Hill and Sydenham) and this period would suit us perfectly. However it's 3 bed (split level) maisonette so not sure if within your budget. Then again the area is cheaper then Dulwich so might be the same thing.

But when you see it I can guarantee you will love it.

We are moving out and our potential tenants will be ready only in May.
