We are three late-20s males living in a great four-bed house. We're all very easy going and friendly and are looking for a like-minded person to move into arguably the nicest room in the house. The house is really nice so we are keen to find someone to move in to avoid losing it.

The house is located on Grove Hill Road. It's a roughly equidistant between Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations.

Please also note that the room is unfurnished.
