Dble room from mid Feb-mid April..sole use of flat for half the time.

Hello, I have a two bed flat and will be working away with work for 5 weeks (in two blocks) between mid Feb to Mid April and am letting out a double room for this period. Apart from a cat you would have the place to yourself when I'm away and the rent would be ?795 pcm. I can be flexible on exact start and end dates. Message for photos/more details. Thanks, Natasha

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
