My flatmate is moving abroad for work so his room in the two bed flat we are renting is coming available on a new 12 month lease. It's available from 08 July but a later move-in could be arranged, as he doesn't actually go until September (he'll live at home if necessary).

It's a great flat with really good, fast connections into the City (where I work). The room is essentially fully-furnished.

Rent is ?675pcm, deposit is the usual 6 weeks.
