Seeking short term tenant for our spare room

We are looking for a short term tenant (up to 5 months) for our spare room. The bedroom has a double bed, book shelves and fitted storage space. We have a young daughter so must be someone who doesn't mind keeping quiet after dark. The spare bedroom is located on a different floor to the other two bedrooms so it's nice and private. We have a large living room and kitchen. We are located on a quiet road, just off Dog Kennel Hill, 5 mins walk to East Dulwich station, 10 mins to Denmark Hill. Please message me for more details.
