Hello,

Me and my boyfriend are alas moving separate ways and our rental flat is free for new tenants. Move in date flexible.
It is a 1 bedroom + study room (or a child bedroom) on 1st floor in a quiet residential street on Dog Kennel Hill (5min walk up the hill from East Dulwich station). The rent is 1350 per month + bills so comes up to 770GBP per person based on 2 people sharing. There is also deposit that comes up to 6 weeks rent. There are no agency fees, only reference check and new contract fee that comes to 265GBP to share between 2.

Contact me if you'd like to know more or view the flat.
