Looking for 3/4 bedroom house to rent privately

We are a family of five, looking to long term rent a family house with 3/4 bedrooms in the East Dulwich and surrounding area before the end of February 2019. We have been renting our current house from a private landlord for the last 8 years in ED, who are happy provide very good references on our behalf. They are selling the property, hence the reason we are searching for a new home. Please DM us if you have anything suitable. Stephane and Nikki

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.
