There will be a spacious double room available in a lovely top-floor, 2-bedroom, split level flat in East Dulwich, The Gardens! Great location, close to Lordship Lane with lots cafes, pubs and bars. You'll only be sharing with one other(me!), plus you'll have a great garden which is only shared with two flats, sitting room and separate kitchen.

I'm 27, working in theatre and am looking for a lovely housemate to share a great flat! I'm pretty laid back, but like to live in a claen and tidy space. I'm friendly and sociable, but am also respectful of others space, so am looking for someone similar in that way.
