We are two professional females seeking a well kept clean and modern two bed flat/maisonette to rent in East Dulwich or Peckham Rye, preferably with a garden, for the end of May. The flat/maisonette needs to be partly furnished with washing machine etc.

Our girl cat, as well as being ridiculously cute, is house trained and very well behaved-we have never had any issues with the three properties we have previously rented with her.
