Free blue mini micro scooter - quite battered and needs a new back wheel

After 3 years of active service our mini micro scooter is showing definite signs of wear but until recently was working well. Now the back wheel won't turn at all and I think it needs a new wheel and/or bearings, but I can't get the old one off at all. So if anyone thinks they would be able to fix it would like it for free please let me know. It has a dark blue base, black handles and a new green brake.

I have a post in the wanted section looking for a scooter. I would be happy to take this too as I have one that is broken that I can use the parts for this one
