Sold - Fisher price little people train set ?5

Previously bought off the forum for my little toddler but she has no interest in it unfortunately. So I'm looking to sell it for ?5. One of the pieces is broken not sure if it was purchased like that or it happened during transit. It doesn't effect the play of the train set. Makes noises as well.   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
