Hello family's,

I am a local nanny and have worked with many family's in the Dulwich area. I have lots of experience with children of all ages. I am a patient, bubbly, and understanding nanny.

I am available all day Monday . I have decided to stay on with my lovly munchkin who I have been with some time but she is starting full time school in September. my days with her will be Tuesday/Friday I do a drop off and pick up at a school near forest hill.

So if you are interested I can help out between 9.30am/ 2.30pm and also full day on Mondays. No after school pick ups please !!

  Hi everyone, I'm in the process of purchasing a flat in East Dulwich - 2 bed victorian conversion. It's a leasehold flat owned by Southwark Council. We've already had a few things come up in the purchasing process that has spooked us - for example S20 notice for a huge maintenance/repair cost bill which has now been dropped. So we are keen to do a bit more fact-finding on the leaseholder-freeholder experience. It would be great to know of people's experience owning a leasehold flat - and how often you are billed for unforeseen maintenance/repair costs. It would also be good to know if anybody has any experience buying the freehold from Southwark Council? Thanks!
