Pilates classes in SE15

Hi all

I'm a Pilates teacher based in Peckham, SE15. I'm currently running two evening classes, Monday at 8pm and Tuesday at 8.15pm.

Monday is suitable for beginners or those with back or related pain, gentle flowing movements focusing on breathing and releasing tension, strengthening the spine. Great if you haven't done Pilates before or if you're immediately postnatal. All exercises suitable for postnatal recovery healing diastasis recti (abdominal divide), post-caesarean and pelvic floor weakness.

Tuesday night mummies tummies is slightly more dynamic abdominal workout tackling strength whilst giving you an hour to yourself to focus on your body and mind post children. We work hard but it's a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day.

Classes are held at my home studio which is a soothing calming space, small classes, max 9, to maximise individual attention and create a sense of calm.
