Now our eldest has decided she doesn't need a buggy any more we are selling our brilliant Phil and Teds double buggy in Cherry red.

We bought it for our second baby and found it essential for a newborn and 2 and a half year old. The cocoon in particular was really useful for a newborn.

The new version of the navigator has an auto-stop brake which is handy with a toddler and comes with a double kit, cocoon, sun mesh and double rain cover.

We have only used it for 10 months and it is in excellent condition. We are looking for ?350. I can email photos to anyone who is interested as they are too big to upload here. Pick up from Tooting Bec, SW17

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  I’ve donated several times. They operate all over london and I think usually it’s an opportunity for these kids. amazing to read the responses to this stuff. As someone has suggested go and have a chat next time
