After school nanny to start in September

We are looking for an after-school nanny to help pick up our daughter from school at 3.30pm and stay with her until we get home at 7pm. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can do 4 days (Mon to Thurs) - but this could be extended to 5 days - who can start in September. A driver is required for the role.   The CQC report, published last Octobe, says TJGP requires overall improvement. I have not yet read the whole report. Under the section on the TJGP site which names the staff, starting off with the GPs, it states Male after the first three and then after that no other staff member has their sex mentioned. Very odd.
