Hello all Mums to Be,

Prep for Baby is a workshop for mums and dads to be and is designed to equip you with all the practical Baby care skills when your new baby arrives.

At the interactive 3 hour workshop you will learn and practice;

Changing nappies

Swaddling

Dressing a baby from vest to full outfit

Correct winding position

Different holding positions

How to put a baby down to sleep

Breastfeeding, bottle feeding and mix feeding

And lots more

There will be time for Q & A and refreshments.

The next prep for Baby is taking place next Wednesday 18th October with a few couples spaces left. Couples cost ?60.
