SOLD STC

My kids are finally through their Paw Patrol obsession (phew) - we have a big stash of toys if anyone is interested...

We have the

- Lookout Tower (https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/pre-school-and-electronic-learning/paw-patrol/paw-patrol-lookout-playset/p/140402) - originally ?36.99

- Rescue Training Centre - missing the cat and the gun thing (https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/pre-school-and-electronic-learning/paw-patrol/paw-patrol-rescue-training-centre/p/144719) - originally ?19.99

- Lots of the dogs and vehicles including Skye, Everest, Chase, Marshall and Rocky

I've attached a quick pic, but can provide more info if needed.

Would love to sell as a bundle - looking for ?30 for the lot.

I'm in SE24, near North Dulwich (or can deliver locally)

  Hi everyone, I'm in the process of purchasing a flat in East Dulwich - 2 bed victorian conversion. It's a leasehold flat owned by Southwark Council. We've already had a few things come up in the purchasing process that has spooked us - for example S20 notice for a huge maintenance/repair cost bill which has now been dropped. So we are keen to do a bit more fact-finding on the leaseholder-freeholder experience. It would be great to know of people's experience owning a leasehold flat - and how often you are billed for unforeseen maintenance/repair costs. It would also be good to know if anybody has any experience buying the freehold from Southwark Council? Thanks!
