My Brest Friend nursing pillow for sale - hardly used, as we had several other pillows that we tended to use instead. In attractive pale blue "sunburst" design, as in the photo. (bigger picture here) Pillow is designed to fasten around Mum, and the baby rest on the broad pillow in front.   I don't think this picture shows fly-tipping as such, but more the result of over-flowing and unemptied bins. Still very nasty for children (anyone) to have to negotiate, but we're not talking mattresses or tyres or building waste here, I'd think. Which we have had locally at times.
