Hi I'd like some advice or help please.

I have several bags of top soil which I need to dispose of (legally) as a result of a honey fungus infection.

Any advice on who to contact and where I can get rid of it would be much appreciated.

Just take it to the dump....and tell then that it is contaminated ?
