Wanted: Painter

I am in the process of needing to decorate my small bedroom in time for my new arrival and would like to know if there is anyone who is able to do the following for me (at a reasonable price):

- strip + repaint walls

- strip and repaint ceiling

- paint skirting board

- wallpaper 1 wall

The size of my room is 11' x 9'
