Ad hoc childcare and drop offs/pick ups - anyone know anyone interested who is great with kids?

Hi. We have three kids aged 3,6 and 7. They are at different schools and nursery currently so I'm keen to get to know local people who may be interested/able to help with some drop offs and pick ups but also ad hoc childcare. I tend to always use the same people and really value those who bond well with my kids. My kids are very lively but very loving and get on well together! If anyone has a lovely au pair or knows someone who may be interested in ad hoc requests and perhaps a more regular drop off or pick up arrangement please let me know. We live in Dulwich Village.   A raptor shot into my back garden for a wood pigeon, which managed to get away before it was grabbed. It was very fast and the hawk was smaller than I’d thought it would be, with mid- and dark-brown feathers. Kite?
