Experience of toddler/baby pillows?

My daughter is 22 months old and she seems to like lying on my pillow when she comes into bed so was considering of getting her own pillow. The clevermama memory foam one looks good but is she too young still, or has anyone used this and their LO didnt get on with it?

My mother is a retired midwife and she would advise "don't give them a pillow until they ask for it." Though literally an old wives tale :).

Perhaps give the health visitor at your clinic a ring?
