Your thoughts on booster chairs (for eating)

Convex

Recommended Posts

I have a 2yo and 1 due shortly.

Thinking about a booster to go on the dining chair rather than a second tripp trapp (we have a newborn set for the tripp trapp so really want to use this for the new baby)

Any recommendations? Was thinking the stokke handy sitt but it looks quite small. I'd like something that will last until he us around 3 at least (he is a pretty average size)

I have a tripp trapp for all 3 of mine, who are 4, 2 and 8 months. I consutled the forum's wisdom before buying the third. The general consensus is that they will use the tripp trapp until 7 or 8 so it's worth it. And then you can always sell them on because they are very popular.

My nearly 3yo has a travel booster seat and it is fine. He's had it since s bit before he was 2. It slips a bit but we've tied it to the chair with string and it works fine. He eats at the the table with us and enjoys being able to get on and off it himself. Not a particularly elegant solution but functional and cheap.
