violin teacher needed - any recommendations?

Hi

My daughters aged 6 and 7 would like to start violin lessons. The older one already plays piano, the younger has no other instrument.

Can anyone recommend a teacher? And is it best to hire or buy violins, and if so, where from and which size and make??

Thanks all

Hi Ninbi

I run a small music teaching agency with lots of lovely local teachers, and I have some terrific violin teachers who'd love to teach your daughters. They're flexible and happy to come to your house for lessons at a time to suit you. The teachers are professionally qualified, talented musicians, experienced at teaching, and DBS checked. Most importantly, they're passionate about violin, and love teaching, especially children, so I'm confident I'd find a teacher your girls would enjoy learning with.

I've sent you a PM with details.

All best

I am sure that you have found a teacher by now. However, if you are still looking, do get in touch as I now have some time available and have just posted on the Forum. I can advise about size of instrument and purchase etc.
