DHJS info and link re uniform - help needed please

My daughter starts at the Hamlet in September (3S) and I have foolishly mislaid the information with the link and password for the online uniform sales which was given to us at the new parents' induction. The school office is closed until the first day back (3rd September).

If anyone can PM me the link and password (I think this is universal and not personal?) I'd be grateful - thanks.
