What do you mean by open it up?


You make the dough in the bowl with the dough hook. Then you put it through the attachment to roll it out, so it's sheets like lasagne, then when it's thin enough you put it through the one that cuts it into strips. Hope tha makes sense!

My experience is to think how likely in reality you're going to have time for the faff of making fresh pasta. The idea is great but the reality can be a box that sits in the cupboard making you feel guilty.


Oh and don't let your other half decide to make fresh pasta for your anniversary meal unless he's an expert. Unless split ravioli at 11pm does it for you!!
