How much does a nanny/mothers help earn - before tax?

Hi there. I'm looking to start employing a nanny/mother's help 1 day a week (Friday's). I'm going to be around and there will be a baby and a 2 year old.

I'm not sure how much is a reasonable wage for the role (per hour before tax, assuming holiday's are provided - is easiest for me to understand i.e the way I've always been employed).

Is anyone willing to share how much they pay or earn for this type of role?

I think ?10 an hour minimum, depending on their qualifications and experience. also if this is their only jobs they wont pay tax on this.
