Goose Green Primary admissions for Sept 2017 (extra school visits for families with offers)

Recommended Posts

Congratulations to families who have received offers of places to join our school for Reception in September 2017! We?re really looking forward to welcoming you into the Goose Green family and hope that you will find your time here inspiring and rewarding.

We have exciting plans for the future, continuing our focus on offering a rich curriculum that helps our children achieve the most from their potential and gives them a great start to their career in education.

We would love to offer you the opportunity to come to school while you are making your Reception place decision, including the chance to meet our senior leadership team and our brilliant new headteacher, Mr Simon Wattam, who will be joining us from September.

We are holding school visits for families with offers to join Goose Green on the following dates:

* Monday 24 April, 9am

* Wednesday 26 April, 9am

If you would like to come to one of these it would be really helpful if you can let us know through the school office (either by email: [email protected] or by phone: 020 8693 3568) so that we have an indication of numbers.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

    • Boiler serviced by Tommy, super efficent and clearly very knowlegable.  Def reccomend him.
    • Is Sadiq worried about voter apathy/protest votes? Just got another flyer through the door, it seems to be one every couple of weeks, suggesting the Tories are closer than any opinion poll suggests and that people should not vote for the Lib Dems or Greens.
    • I'm basing it on 20+ years cycling in London and seeing the absolute biggest rule-breakers being my fellow cyclists. I once stopped at a zebra crossing to let a man cross and a cyclist behind me called me a putain for stopping.  I've even witnessed a grown man aggressively ringing his bell and swearing at a four year old child for not getting out of his way.... on a footpath.... in Burgess Park.  I genuinely cannot remember the last time a cyclist stopped for me at a pedestrian crossing.  They give the rest of us cyclists and bad name and turn the traffic against us.
    • Sorry to hear and glad you and hopefully bike OK and doesn't put you off cycling. Please do inform the police even if that sounds a waste of time.  Do consider going to the Motor Insurance Bureau, the slush fund set up by insurers for untraced/uninsured motorists.
