Washing machine broken where to fix it

My washing mashine just broke does anyone know anyone who can fix it and the cost or is it cheeper to buy a new one?

Our letting agent uses this one: The Washing Machine Doctor 07973-518587.

He was polite and competent, but there was a lot of mansplaining I could have done without (bc obvs women know nothing about washing machines I guess?).

No idea about the price (owners paid), but the machine is fixed. xx
