Taken a lesser role after returning to work p/t?

Hi there

I'm looking to talk to mums who have returned to work after having a child but because they requested part time working have had their role downgraded or perhaps have had to look for a less senior/less skilled role in another company because you did not want to go back to work full time?

It's to do a pre-recorded TV interview to go along with a news story along these lines coming out tomorrow...we'd need about an hour of your time. Pls PM me for more info. thanks v much.
