ESPH is an exclusive gym and healthcare facility in East Dulwich. We are looking for 5 star quality and dynamic freelance personal training instructors to work in our facility from January 2013. Applicants must have exceptional communication skills and be highly personable with excellent exercise skills and experience/qualifications. You will be able to bring external clients into our facility as well as offer your services to our members. In return you will provide ESPH with gym cover time where you will assist in supervising our members. Class instruction would be a bonus but not-essential.   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
