I am a local importer of delicatessen items from Spain. If anyone is interested in ordering a whole Serrano ham with free local delivery, do get in touch

Shoulder (apx 5kg) ?50, thinner than a full back leg and a slightly more intense flavour

Bodega (apx 8kg) ?90, Standard rear leg ham used in bars and restaurants

Gran Reserva (apx 9kg) ?120, Among the finest hams available

Sourced directly from the Granada region

Hi

No they are not Bellota as the pigs are not acorn fed, but the Gran Reserva ham is cured for 24 months and is therefore full-flavoured.

Forgot to say ths0105 that I can get Bellota from my supplier, but that it is more expensive, roughly ?250 for 7kg
