Recommendation for EPC Accredited Assessor

I recently sold my property through East Dulwich Forum. (Yay!) One of the requirements when selling a property is to provide an Energy Performance Certificate. I did a search on www.epcregister.com and chose an accredited assessor in East Dulwich. I am happy to say that he was fast, efficient, clean, smart, friendly and had some very 'state-of-the-art' gadgets! My EPC was emailed to me very quickly and I was able to forward it directly to my solicitors. I was very pleased with the service and the charge was reasonable. The name of the company is Dulwich Energy Assessors Ltd, and the number is 07931 338854.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  I’ve donated several times. They operate all over london and I think usually it’s an opportunity for these kids. amazing to read the responses to this stuff. As someone has suggested go and have a chat next time
