Handyman wanted to replace storm damaged fence

Hello, Sunday night's storm damaged my garden fence which needs replacing (about 15m). I am looking for a handyman to give me a quote for replacing my fence and possibly for replacing my garden shed as well. I live in Nunhead.   Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
