Just wanted to shout out about Joseph (07584 161 444) and his van, that got me out of a tight spot when my van broke down at the weekend. he was friendly, really helpful and extremely reasonable and came out at very short notice on a Sunday. Highly recommended... tom.

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
