Loft problems

We are having problems with our loft company and really need to just get the job finished!

We are considering all available options including bringing in either another company or even individual tradespeople to finish off the work that still needs to be done.

I was just wondering has anyone been in the same position before - any tips or advise?

Why not threaten to name-and-shame them on the forum if they don't get it finished?

We are worried that naming and shaming them will just cause more problems and distract us from getting the loft finished.

When this is over we will publish some feedback - mainly because we want to high light/promote the tradespeople/businesses who have been wonderful in helping us sort out the all issues.
