WANTED - Room to rent for a workshop

WANTED - I am looking for a room to rent (maybe above a shop etc.) to use as a workshop with tables to work on and a sink/kitchen to clear up afterwards for 15 people. The room will be required for a whole day once a week. I do not mind if it is a small room in a hall as long as the cost is affordable.

  Thanks all for comments. I've got a scanner and don't think he's chipped. The plan is to befriend him further, and put a paper collar on with my contact details to make absolutely sure he's not owned. Meantime I wish people would neuter!
