Jon and his son Ben came by to sort out a blocked drain in my kitchen yesterday.

They were both so nice, so friendly and sorted the issue in well under an hour.

Jon made a point of cleaning up before he left, despite my insistence it wasn't necessary. He also gave me some advice on the general state of the plumbing in my kitchen, which is a bit iffy!

To boot, he charged a fraction of what one of the large drain cleaning services quoted me.
