Good financial adviser needed

Does anyone know of a GOOD independent financial adviser. There are quite a lot of mediocre ones out there but I need someone who is good and knows about pensions. Hope to read your responses. Thank you.

For those of you who responded privately to me, I would like to say thank you. But I would prefer it if people would reply publicly as it gives others the right of reply who may have had a different or similar experience.
