Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course starting at The Ivy House on 18th September. Thursdays: 9.30am to 11.30am for 9 weeks. A course in MBSR helps to increase resilience to stress and anxiety, reduce negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns and enhance focus and concentration.
